Performance:
Colorless columnar or needle-shaped fine crystals, with a cool, salty and bitter taste, odorless, and a density of 2.65g/cm3. It is stable in humid air below 48°C and easily weathered in warm air. Easily soluble in water (119.8%, 20℃) and glycerin, neutral in aqueous solution and slightly soluble in ethanol.
Packaging:
It is lined with a polyethylene plastic bag and a plastic woven bag as the outer layer. Each bag has a net weight of 25 kg.
Storage and transportation:
It should be stored in a dry, ventilated and clean warehouse to prevent rain and moisture, and should be stacked separately from toxic materials.
Use:
Nutritional supplements, curing agents, flavor enhancers, processing aids. Additives for brewing, supplementing the magnesium in brewing water, as a nutrient source during fermentation, improving fermentation capacity; improving the flavor of synthetic sake (0.002%); adjusting the hardness of water.
